Terms of Service

1. Booking and Payment:

To secure a photography session, clients must provide a non-refundable booking fee.
Full payment is due before or on the day of the session.
Payments can be made through PayPal with a debit or credit card.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 3 days' notice, subjective to the type of shoot.
In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.
3. Image Delivery:

Clients are responsible for downloading and storing the images.
4. Usage Rights:

Le'Var Hage Photography retains the copyright to all images.
Clients receive personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes.
Commercial usage requires explicit permission and may incur additional fees.
5. Client Cooperation:

Clients are expected to cooperate during the session to ensure the best results.
Any delays caused by the client may impact the overall session time.
6. Editing and Retouching:

Le'Var Hage Photography will provide professionally edited images.
Extensive retouching or editing beyond standard adjustments may incur additional charges.
7. Model Release:

Clients grant Le'Var Hage Photography the right to use images for promotional purposes, including online and print.
8. Client Satisfaction:

Le'Var Hage Photography is committed to client satisfaction. Any concerns should be addressed promptly to find a resolution.
9. Travel Fees:

Additional fees may apply for sessions outside of a 30-mile radius, but travel fees are included within this radius.
Travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon before booking.
10. Force Majeure:

Le'Var Hage Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, illness) affecting session delivery.
11. Privacy:

Client information is treated with confidentiality and is not shared with third parties.
By booking a session with Le'Var Hage Photography, clients agree to abide by these terms. Le'Var Hage Photography reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
